Welcome to the BVG Business Venture Group™ provider of management consulting, business valuation, related brokerage, and commercial real estate development and administration services. 

BVG history goes back to 1993, when Albert  Calem, an experienced college professor and professional business advisor, served as a co-founder to engage primarily in business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and in the buying and selling of businesses.

Mr. Calem is a Certified Management Consultant with over thirty years of experience. His activities have involved financial analysis, organizational development, and strategic planning.  Over the years, Mr. Calem has valued and brokered the sales of businesses ranging in value from $500,000 to $20 million.  He has also served as an expert witness in cases which required business valuation. A former member of the graduate faculty in Business Administration and Economics at Inter American University of Puerto Rico,  and a current active member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
